NEWThe refund request has been created but not yet processed. The user can still cancel the request at this stage.
CLAIMEDThe user has provided the necessary refund details, such as the destination address for crypto refunds or bank account details for fiat refunds.
APPROVEDThe refund request has been reviewed and approved by the platform. The system will initiate the refund process according to the specified details.
REJECTEDThe refund request has been reviewed and rejected by the platform, possibly due to non-compliance or invalid refund details. No funds are refunded.
CANCELEDThe refund request has been canceled by the user. No funds will be refunded.
COMPLETEDThe refund process has been successfully completed, and the refunded amount has been transferred to the user’s specified destination.
FAILEDThe refund process encountered an error, and the refund was not completed.
